    Ingredients

    • 1 medium potato
    • 1 purple onion
    • 250 ml. of the cooking broth
    • 250 ml. evaporated milk
    • white or pink pepper
    • some hot paprika
    • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    • olive oil
