Ingredients

  • 1 purple broccoli
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 purple onion
  • 250 ml. of the cooking broth
  • 250 ml. evaporated milk
  • white or pink pepper
  • some hot paprika
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Sauté the sliced ​​onion in a saucepan or frying pan with olive oil and a little salt until it is well poached. We booked.
