Ingredients
- 300 g of semi-whole flour
- 8 g yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 90 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 120 g of natural yogurt
- 50 g of sunflower oil
- The grated skin of a lemon
- Nuts (optional), one per cookie

Put the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
We add the sugar and the egg.
We mix.
Add the yogurt and sunflower oil.
Mix and add the grated lemon peel.
You finish incorporating everything well with your hands.
We take portions of dough the size of a walnut and form rosqullas. We are putting them on a baking tray that we will have previously covered with baking paper.
Another option is to take portions, also the size of a walnut, form small balls and place them on the tray. We put a dry fruit on each ball.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for 20 minutes or until we see that the cookies are golden.
