Sometimes the simplest desserts are the most delicious. Today I'm suggesting one that never fails: natural yogurt with plum and apple compote.

Easy and healthy dessert: natural yogurt with homemade plum and apple compote. A touch of red wine makes it even more special.

Ingredients
- 100 g apple
- 200 g of plums
- 100 g of sugar
- 40 g of red wine

Peel and chop the apple. Place it in a saucepan.
We wash the plums, remove the stones and place them in the saucepan with the apple.
Add the sugar and red wine. Mix.
We put the saucepan on the fire and cook it slowly. We have to keep an eye on it, prevent us from getting burned.
Once the fruit is cooked, let it cool.
We can leave it like that, in pieces, or grind it in a food processor like I did this time.
Prepare some small glass cups. Place about 3 teaspoons of compote in the bottom. Top up the cup with unsweetened natural yogurt, preferably homemade.
