Ingredients
- 1100 g of zucchini
- 1 large golden apple, better if it is organic
- 400g milk
- 300 g of water
- 1 hoja de laurel

- 15 g onion
- 1/2 teaspoon of flour

We wash the zucchini and also the apple.
We peel the zucchini and cut them into thick slices. We core the apple and also put it in the saucepan, in wedges and with the skin.
We cover with milk and water.
We put a bay leaf and the salt in the saucepan and put the saucepan on the fire.
Once both the zucchini and the apple are well cooked, we chop the onion.
We put it in another saucepan, small, with the oil, and we poach it.
After a few minutes we add half a teaspoon of flour and sauté it for a minute.
Add a saucepan of the milk and water mixture with which we have cooked the zucchini and put all this mixture in the saucepan. We add grated nutmeg. Let it cook for a few more minutes.
We mash everything with a mixer or with a food processor.
We serve, if we want, with more grated nutmeg.
